2	It was a great materials course, I enjoyed coming to class. Dr. Shi is very knowledgeable on the subject and is good at communicating difficult concepts in simple terms that are easy to understand.
3	I think a lot of time in this course was spent on general materials concepts such as stress-strain curves, miller indices, and calculations for general material properties. I think these are fundamental and should definitely be covered, however I feel this also took away from the metallurgical concepts which were introduced later on. More time needs to be spent on metallurgy. Also I think better visuals such as videos and pictures should be used to reinforce these concepts.
4	I really enjoyed coming to class and the lectures.
