This feature allows you to accomplish several tasks associated with your Transcript:
Create/Print Transcript: This task allows you to customize the contents of your transcript. You can apply various filters to limit the courses that will be displayed. If you want a complete Transcript, select the "All" option. Otherwise, select a certain group of courses, such as CME or compliance, for example. By using the "Shift" or "Control" keys you can select multiple categories. In addition, you can select a date range to filter the courses to be displayed. This would allow you to limit the Transcript to a particular year, for example. Once the Transcript displays the courses you want to see, you can print a Transcript. The Transcript feature is available at any time. There is also a link that allows you to print a certificate of completion for any course that is displayed on the Transcript.
Add to Transcript: Another link at the bottom of the Transcript allows you to enter a course which you completed at another institution. This is the "Add to Transcript" link. Once you have entered a course, it will begin to appear on the Transcript under the "Non-University of Cincinnati Courses" section. If you wish, after entering the course, you can contact an administrator to ask that the course be "verified" as meeting a training requirement that was assigned to you by that administrator.
